Gün + Partners at the 2026 AIPPI World Congress in Hamburg
Gün + Partners will participate in the 2026 AIPPI World Congress, taking place from 7–10 October 2026 at Congress Center Hamburg in Germany.
The annual AIPPI World Congress brings together intellectual property professionals from around the world for substantive legal discussions, professional development and networking. The Congress provides a forum for examining current issues in international IP law and developing AIPPI’s harmonisation resolutions.
The 2026 programme includes Study Questions addressing divisional applications and double patenting, parody as a defence to trademark infringement, online infringement and territoriality issues relating to geoblocking, and dynamic blocking injunctions.
