Begüm Soydan is a Managing Associate in Gün + Partners and she has been working for the firm since 2014. Begüm is involved in Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeiting working groups of Gün + Partners. Her practice concentrates on trademark, design, utility model, domain names, and copyright laws.

Having been with the firm since 2014, Begüm, within her practice, drafts legal advices and statements for the clients especially in trademark, design, utility model and copyright law as well as unfair competition law matters, represents the clients in civil and criminal court actions and also assists the clients during the whole process of filing applications and oppositions before the TURKPATENT.
